Default LS7 Vs LS1 exhaust port location

Is there any difference in height from the block deck between the standard cathedral port heads the LS7? I have a 5.3 that I'd like to use as a mock up block while I assemble the LS7.

I don't believe so. We have done the same thing for LS7 builds and hadn't run into trouble. Just make sure to account for the head gasket.
