Default 70 Chevelle wheel options

hey guys,
I'm building a pro touring 70 Chevelle on a college budget. LS, 4l80E, full UMI suspension with Aldan american coilovers. I'm at the point now of choosing some wheels. I have about a 4-5000$ CAD budget. I'm wondering whats out there in that range? I'm open to buying new or used, even rehooping some used wheels. Is there somewhere to look for used? I've searched through the classifieds but they don't seem to be very active.
Any advice will be very appreciated!
thanks,
Tyler

Tyler, you can get some nice wheels for $5k. Contact Matt's Classic Bowties as they are vendors for several companies and have great vendor rates. I know you said you're ready to order wheels and I don't know at what point your build is at. But, if you can wait about 6-7 months, Forgeline will have their annual holiday sale around Nov-Dec where they offer an addition percentage off. That can be quite a savings on $5k wheels.

Where are you located? Depending on your location, might have some you’d be interested in. I have a set of wheels/tires that I took off my Chevelle. Tires might not be the size you’re looking for but I’d give you a deal if you’re interested in them as they’re mounted/balanced already (far less than your budget, save some of that $$ for other things on your car).

PM me your email and I’ll get some pics/pricing to you.
