Default Wheel decision

I must say I love my HRE wheels. I have a few sets and I try to pick a cheaper wheel but they never end up being something other than HRE.

I was moving my mustang "Terminator" around the shop today and decided to pull the wheels from my wifes cobra . The wheels are 19x10.5's and 19x9.s , what do you guys think of these. Do they look to big in diameter or drop down to 18" ?
Car might be silver but have been thinking of that AUDI Blue with anodized black centers, or BMW Laguna Seca blue. Any thoughts?

Someday(after FUEL is sold) I will be driving this thing.

OFF topic here but what are your thoughts of the all black wheels on my wifes Cobra? the Wife is not happy with them ! LOL

I am not a fan of the black wheels on the Cobra, the wheels look like they are caked over with brake dust, but I think it might just be that it is a silver car. I think it would look pretty bitchin' with the HRE's you have on your Stang. My $.02

P.S. - If I had a brief case full of $100 bills I would take Fuel off of your hands. I absolutely love that car!

The HRE's on the 67 Mustang go on the 03 Cobra in the pics.
I have the black wheels on now as I am racing it at Summit Point Raceway this weekend. You cant see in the pics but those a hoosier slicks on the black track wheels on the cobra.

Thanks for your help . SOMEDAY FUEL HAS TO GO TO FINISH THIS CAR !

Jason, The 19" HRE's look great and in perfect proportion on the 67. If you're going with gray centers paint it silver, I would get polished centers with that Audi blue you're talking about. Personally, I like the painted wheel centers to be darker in value than the body paint if they aren't polished.

If you're wife's car was black, I'd say it looks perfectly evil! On silver, it sorta does look like years of caked on brake dust.
