Default 65' Chop top roll-bar

i just finished this roll-bar for a soon to be chopped 65' stang. Stangwerks will be doing the 3" chop. Its MIG welded 4130 construction and has a TIG welded removable harness bar.

i dont like the shop top either, but everyone has thier own style i guess. This customer wants to chop it to do something different for a pro-touring car. If it were my personal car i would not chop the top. Thanks on the work compliment.

I'm surprises it isn't done more often, with all the different mods people are doing to the cars, many of which significantly change the original car.

By, "Chopping" and "Channeling", advantages in aerodynamics, style and handling are opened up creating whole new areas of customization.

The Rodders have been doing these things for 70 years.

Any thoughts?
