Hello ,
You have the opportunity to buy the same item (the item is located in Wilton, California) that you were bidding for on ebay for the price of your last bid ! If you think we can do a deal , The only thing that you have to do to get the transaction started is to give me your full name and address for the shipping and after that I'll inform ebay to start the official procedure and they will contact you via email and will tell you what you have to do to complete the deal (payment instructions + refund policy + protection tips) ! One more thing ...
The shipping of the item is free because I recently signed a contract with a freight carrier !
Looking forward to hear from you !

My comments
This scammer seems to be a little brighter than most. His english is good and the emails actually makes sense. He also avoids using my name, I gave him a fake name, nor does he give his. So what do you guys think would be an appropriate reply. Post your reply ASAP as I would like to return his email tomorrow, before he changes his mind on the FREE shipping.
4/10/6 - MY REPLY to 2nd email
Dick,
Sorry for the slow response, but I am in sales and its a very busy time of the year. Also before I get to the good news pIease send me a copy of the dyno sheet, pics and engine blueprint since I can't access the ad anymore. It is a minor detail, but it will make things go so much faster. I mean with all the scammers out there nowadays you can never be to careful. Now for the good news...
Like I said earlier it is a very busy time of the year and the company is expanding. So my boss wants me to fly West to Sacramento, CA, which I believe is about half hour away from Wilton, CA. It seems like the stars are all aligning and I am meant to have this motor!
Also no need for you to ship the item for free, I have had bad experiences with freight companies anyway. The company I work for will pay for us to take 500lbs of carry on luggage for business related travel. So could you verify the weight of the engine? I am sure it is less than 500lbs. If so, how much would you charge fashion a harness to secure the motor to a dolley similar to the dolley in the link to the eBay ad below? Of course for safety concerns we will have to drain all oil, coolant and gas from the engine, but those are trivial details.
Anyway I look forward to your reply.
Later,
Joe

More Comments
Well lets give it a few days and see if we get a response, since I have given him a few tasks:
- send dyno sheets, engine blue prints and pics
- weigh motor
- Think about how he is going to secure the engine to the dolley. This one may be a stretch, but he is an idiot and I am sure he will waste some time pondering this.
If were lucky we will get a repsonse soon.
You may have noticed I have named this scammer Dick. He seems like a dick so I will just refer to him as such in future replies. I also changed my name from John to Joe.
