Going for more of a straight-line car? Goals, details, need more info.
Looks good so far

Cool project!

Can you drive it on the street, yes! Is it a street car, no.

I'm curious how different people view this subject. What ... in your opinion ... makes this not a street car ... compared to other pro-touring cars that are highly modified, have frame mods or new frames?

Specifically, what crosses the line ... that makes it no longer a street car?

I'm asking for your opinion ... and others too?

that's a loaded question!! that may need its own thread, to me....if you can't drive it daily I mean DAILY, rain, shine, snow, fog whatever, just like your wife's Honda, its not a street car, its purpose built then, I see a lot of cars at events, no heater, no wipers, no working lights, no side windows, no brake lights, some you cant even lock the doors! etc, but since its registered and has a form of insurance they call there stripped down can a street car, I think the controversy will get heated

LOL. That statement was made all in good fun. It's a very controversial subject on just about every forum I visit. Everyone has their own definition of what a street car is. I tend to view it as Rod P said. If you can't hop in it and drive it to work everyday no matter the weather (minus snow/ice) or run down to the quick mart to pick up milk with your 2 year old son, it's not really a "street car" IMHO.

That said,...I can't wait to see updates on this B.A. build!
