Talked to Rick Miller at SEMA and he was eager to do these. Got them back today. They cleaned up amazingly well. 26% increase in flow according to their data. Hard to photograph much of it to show the inside surfaces but you can get the general idea by looking at the larger inner surface areas near the turbo flanges.. My guess is $1K for the pair would be about right. I paid $500 (I think) to extrude hone my intake base a couple years ago and it would be much simpler than doing those Banks manifolds. Same outfit did my intake and his manifolds.
Was it worth it? Definitely, picked up something like 28 cfm per runner vs. "as cast."
