Default Quick Brake line question

I spoke with Inline tube regarding brake lines for my car and since it has been modified and is not using a stock master cylinder they recommended I run my own lines. I want to use 3/16 stainless with a single flair and they told me that was no problem if I used AN fittings.

So I called Wilwood to find out what to use to make the conversion to their calipers, which use 1/8 - 27 NPT.

Could someone advise me on the best way to do this. Do I put an adapter on the caliper or do I buy a hose that is NPT on one end and AN on the other? I'm guessing 3AN on the AN side.
