Do you have Wilwood brakes?If so they may have the 1/8 npt to 3AN fittings already in them if not Jegs or Summit or several places can help you out.

Yes. I bought the kits from Wilwood for the Superlites front and rear. 6p front and 4p rear with 14" rotors. Chev kit for the front and Ford kit for the back.

Wilwood master cylinder and prop valve. Need to plumb in a line lock in to the mix.

I would just have your flex lines in the front made with the wilwood fitting on one end and a -3AN fitting on the other. For the rear, an adapter fitting in the caliper for 1/8 to -3 would probably be easiest.
