Talking tires, wheels, and nitrous

I have a couple questions.
I own a 1969 Camaro SS that has 2" drop spindles and a 2" drop in the rear. I need to know what size mickey street et's I can use and what wheel will fit the best? I am in Iraq and I am trying to order the wheels and tires for when I get home. That way I can throw them on and go to the track.

My second questions is: I have a 13:1 406 that runs 110 octane and puts about 420 to the wheels. I was wondering if I could safely run some NO2 through it?
