You need to go to Billet Specialties web site and download there wheel backspacing worksheet. Once you've downloaded that follow the instruction and you will be able to figure out your backspacing.

The other thing to consider is are you going to upgrade your front or rear brakes. If so do that first as the thickness of the rotor hat may/will change and that will affect how your wheels fit.

I can't see that rear BS working with the stock wells. You need more like 5.75" or 6" with a 10" wheel, and you'll still have to roll the 1/4 lips.

I'd recommend using the chart that syborg tt posted.

I have:

i. Front: 245/45/17 on 17” x 8.5”
ii. Rear: 275/40/18 on 18” x 9.5”

Under my 69 Camaro. I am using the stock C5 offset with 2.5" added to both sides of the rear axle (extended the 9" axle housing) and running 2" spacers on the front wheels.

I have rolled my fender lip. I still get rubbing in the rear (on the inside next to the frame rail) on extreme bumps with four people in the car.

There is no way those tire and wheel sizes listed will fit a stock 69 Fender.

Well I just got off the phone and have decided NOT to go with 10'' rears. He said he could have had them made for me in the sizes that I wanted for $1100ea.

I've e-mailed Foose and asked them if they could make them for me. I've already e-mailed them once but this time I sent a pic of my car. If they dont respond I am gonna tell them that I am getting Boyd rims

, I bet Chip would love to hear that.

you can get much nicer wheels for $750 each . dont do it . they will not fit !!

Yea I better get something I know will fit, so much for the Foose wheels, they havn't even responded to any of my e-mails. Looking hard at the Billet Specialties SLX45's

great choice - They were very easy to work with and they delivered the wheels 1 week before they promised.
