HID Headlights

I have installed a wonderful kit compiled of two manufactuers. Xenon vision HID and Hella lenses. They are on a 69 camaro that was featured in November Chevy Hi. Guessing around 350-400 bucks for both pieces.

Theres lots of cars on this forum with them, they run them with the "crystal" head lights and blind nearly everyone driving down the road. Not sure if they're running HID's though.

Those crystal headlights put out a HORRIBLE beam. I tried them on my mini.






My suggestion is to buy some Hella E-Codes. Amazing headlights for classic cars

hey guys, I just picked up a set of these from my friend who is the owner of the company. They are a good alternative to the ebay kits or the $1500 hellas. I was lucky because he gave me a pretty good deal, and I thought it would be easier to just have the plug and play kit with the pretty trick cut off design than to deal with retrofitting. I'm not far along enough in my camaro restoration to install them but here's some pics from the website. www.trueprojectorheadlights.com

Oh, and there's two styles, but personally, I liked the look of the classic ones more.

Hella e-codes with HIDs throw off a very decent pattern with no glare for $70.



Save yourself $250 and retain the classic style. Cool idea though.

Those Classic ones actually looks pretty promising, if the cut off is actually that clear.
