I guess there will be grease on Bill's elbows not mine.

Well Bill adjusted the height, says this is as low as it can go without the suspension binding. The springs still need to settle. They are 175 lb springs. Have to say I'm a little disappointed, I wanted the rear to sit lower than this but hoping once it settles it will? Any ideas or thoughts are welcome.

What components of the suspension binding is he refering to?

I agree the rear is a little high, is compouned by the front being a little low?My car is about .75-1" high in the rear...........I can definitely relate to the dissatisfaction.

Cannon Racecraft should be able to make custom springs if coil bind is the part of the issue. http://www.cannonracecraft.com/ if the shock length/travel will accept it.

Hopefully it's not linkage geometry.

He says it's the linkage bar geometry that will bind. Going to a shorter shock or spring would create this.

Looking at Todd's G-bar his car is sitting lower than this, but the G-link is a little different.

I'm going to wait and let the springs settle and then see how it sits. Should have it back this week.

Frank told me this kit could be dropped quite low, but maybe he wasn't exactly correct. I'd like it as low as the DSE setups most guys run.

Hmmmmm... I can't tell from the photos, are the coil over mounts bolted in at the lowest position? The pinion angle will also effect the ride height. As the pinion is pointed down, it naturally jacks the rear end up. Your shocks should bottom out before any type of binding happens. It wil settle, not enough. Is all the weight in the car?

Hey Todd, weight is in the car. Yes the shocks are in the lowest position. I just spoke to Bill. He's going to rebuild the upper shock cross member to raise the shock and lower the car more. I'm picky about the stance. This kind of sucks had I known I would have gone with the DSE kit but at least it will get the car sitting where I want it.
