Default Abs.

Love this build. Im assuming that you needed to change the wheel speed sensors when you changed to the Bosch ABS unit.
I think the Bosch unit communicates over the CAN bus with the BCM.
Are you going to take advantage of the traction control?
Did you need to add the interior switches that communicate with the BCM for the different traction control levels?

Looking forward to more updates.

I did not do traction control. The only car I have ever driven that has good Traction Control is the New Z/28. It has a Performance Traction Management system that needs a lot of stuff to work and a ton of development to make it faster than driver’s best effort. On most tracks I'm still just as fast if not faster with PTM off vs it on. I could add Bosch traction control to my set up but in my opion it would not make the car faster just easier to drive. On tracks like the Nürburgring where you do get airborne and light a lot PTM works great.

The Bosch system requires the stock Corvette ZR-1 active wheel speed sensors. So that was not a real big deal. It does have a lot more CAN interface and a driver selectable ABS switch. Because Bosch is the supplier for the ABS for both the Z/28 and the ZR-1 they can interface with the Carbon brakes better.

Default Flat cleared carbon parts.

A few pictures of the flat cleared carbon parts for the engine compartment we finished up.
The bottom of the hood is also flat cleared carbon.

Looking forward to seeing them on the car!

That satin clear carbon is pure awesome. It is going to look killer as the backdrop for Marks pseudo-OEM appearance underhood
