Sure make it lighter and it will go faster.

It is the physics of things

Mass
Power
Center of gravity
Front to Rear weight distrubution
Areo
Downforce
Trackwidth
Grip
2wd or 4wd

Turn this knobs either up or down and the car will go faster within a certain range.

It all depends on what you want to do. How much do you want to spend to go how fast.
