Depends on if you want to modify the sub-frame or not. There are great bolt ons, as well as kits designed to work on a slightly modified frame.

DSE and ATS are the leaders in my mind when using a stock s/f. Both offer different levels of improvement over stock from bolt ons, to modified upper a-arm mounts that improve geometry and the ability to use a coilover shock.

Hotchkis offers bolt on lowering kits that are an improvement over stock. This along with the Guldstrand mod is a nice setup for a pro-touring cruiser...if you want to go a little further, handeling wise, then the before mentioned companies are there for you!

Really need more info on what your budget is and your plans for the car.
