Great story and a great way to to honor your father. I lost my dad two years ago. Man, I'd like to tell you the pain goes away, but that would be a lie. I'm currently building a '65 Mustang fastback that my dad bought for me 29 years ago for 350 bucks...my first car. It's honestly costing every dime I have to bring it back to life, but I cannot put a price on the time I spent and the things I learned from my father under the hood of that rusty little car.
