Yeah, I debated on that, and obviously I would probably have plenty of bids and action, but I also don't want people getting the wrong idea of what they can buy it for. Keep in mind, ($100K is the starting bid, not the reserve). It's hard to say what's the right way. I certainly have a lot of watchers, lookers and phone calls. The interest is there, so we'll just have to wait and see. Whatever happens, happens. In the end, I don't know if it will really matter where I started it.

The biggest thing is to attract buyers. And tire kickers looking to spend 50k are a waste of time. If they call, they better understand that they need six figures to play. That's exactly how I would have done it.

Well, it's hard to say what would be better. At least this way I cut way down on "those people" (tire kickers)

I have to agree with the guys. I just put one of my race cars on ebay and started the bidding out low and it quickly rose and I have 38 bids

It also gave me exposure and am now close to making a deal. It's like a craps table.. you can go watch one guy playing a couple grand on the table by himself , the amounts are sexy but it is kind of boring....or watch 10 people playing 50 a piece.. something about he action It's weird but it seems Ebay works that way ....
