dispute...COMPOUND MIXED WITH OVER SPAY MORE COMPOUND AND OVER SPAY
WITH A LITTLE DRY HEAVE ON TOP OF IT ALL



YOU COULDN'T WIPE THAT OFF WITH 36 GRIT


IT WILL NEED TO BE STRIPPED TO BE FIXED RIGHT
