The AlterKtion from RMS puts the load on the K-member itself and front frame rails, not the inner fenders at all, actually the hole where the shocks originally mount becomes obsolete. There are AlterKtion's w/ 60K plus miles on them now without any issues.
XV is another option, a much greater investment $$ and fabrication, uses C5 suspension. Way badass, but double the money $$
