Default Hello everyone

I want to say hi to everyone that isn't familiar with me here and for those of you who know me from PT.com it is good to be here too!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I just had to see the pics of the 69 with an LS9 that Mark is building for Charlie so I signed up. I have a lot of time on my hands at the computer right now and am finally getting some energy and am going to get back to working on the Cormaro. I am going to do everything I can to get it going for the Run to the Lake at Gingerman. It's going to be what it is when and if it gets there.

Mark is probably going to get a whole bunch of us over here the same way I just showed up

Default 67 Camaro from Illinois

I have been building a 67 Camaro with 85 Vette suspension under it for a very long, well let's say almost forever. I am in the last stages of getting it done and will have some obstacles to overcome for sure. I have done everything on the car so far all by myself and am trying to get through to the end by doing it all but after so many years and wanting to drive it this spring I may break down and get some help to have it ready to go for the "Run thru the Lake" event that is going to be held in June at Gingerman Raceway.

The build is more of a streetfighter than a pt car . Alist of some of the items are as follows.

350 bored .30 over and a sportsman class stock car cam with Accel gen7 EFI
Engine back 6in. and down 2"
85 Vette suspension front and rear with a homebuilt frame and floorpan
Richmond 6 speed
25 gal fuel cell
IQ3 gauges
custom interior that is being made from perforated aluminum
Centech wiring harness
Griffin radiator with Mark VIII electric fan and DCC controller
Mezziere electric water pump
DSE wiper motor
Full cage
basically a stock looking sleeper look on the outside
paint is 75-78 Corvette Bright Yellow ppg acrylic enamel
Stainless steel brake lines with wilwood manual master cylinder
That's about it except for a bunch of custom details that come along with the rest of the mods.

If you want to see more you can go to Pro-Touring .com and click on my homepage and check out my site.

Looking forward to meeting all of the new people here and to everyone at Pro-Touring it is good to see you all here.
