Default T56 Questions

I recently purchased a T56 out of a 1995 Z28. I am trying to cross-reference the numbers on it, but, I can't seem to come up with anything! The numbers are 1386-000-009 and all of the charts I find skip from 1386-000-007 to 1386-000-011. I need the gear ratios and torque ratings. Also, this transmission will be bolted to a Gen V 454.........any flywheel advice??? Thanks!!

'94-'97 all had the same gear ratios and torque ratings.

Is your engine a one piece rear main?

I'm thinking a stock t56 flywheel will bolt right to it.

Is it internally balanced?
