Not quit as far as the stock hinges open. This is done purposely to give it a more "aggressive" look. If you need to open the hood all the way you can pop the gas springs off and it will open - it's easy to do if needed.

Are you planning on offering the tail lights off Razor to the public? Mike mentioned that it could be a possibility at Sema.
