Well lets put it this way somones gonna steel your car i confront them with a gun a warn them "if you move your dead" and they move im shooting because i dont know what thier intentions are they could be reaching for a gun or running at me would you see it justified? Iam a firm believer that this sent a strong message to robbers that if you try to steel you might just lose your life.

While I would LOVE to have you as a neighbor, I would rather keep my friend and risk the lose of the car. I know you would do everything you could to help the police catch them. Calling 911 and if necessary following them in your car while reporting to the police where they are going. I would hate to see you risk your life over a car. Even worse I would hate to live next to your widow and kids. (like I want to mow your lawn the rest of my life)

Now if you are walking back from the mail box and they are driving off in my car and try to run you over as you yell at them....pull out your 45 and fill the windshield with holes. At that point it's self defense.

So when are you buying the house next door?

I re-read my post and realized I didn't answer your question.

If you confronted a person (or persons) who where stealing my car and ended up shooting them would you be justified? In my opinion...NO. Reason being is you put your self in danger and you are not on your property. Now if you catch a person (or persons) stealing your car and you confront them would you be justified? In my opinion....YES. Reason being is they put you in a position where you where forced to defend your self and or family.

If you did see someone stealing my car, I would hope that you would do whatever you safely can to help. Number 1....be a good witness!!! Get all the info you can. Description of the thief's, what they are wearing, hair color, height, race, etc. License plate, make and model of all cars involved...especially mine. Listen to the the 911 operator and answer all their questions. Know what to tell the 911 operator to get things moving faster....best thing you can tell them is that the guy has a gun. Yell out the window at the thief's..."I've called the cops" kind of thing. Yeah it sounds goofy but if you know you've been spotted you'll run. (ever get busted T-Ping the neighbors house as a kid?)

Last lil bit....Let's say you witness a man force my wife into my house or you witness someone break into my home and you know my wife sleeps during the day. You grab your gun, enter my home and shoot the guy who is beating my wife or worse. Are you justified? Yes and I hope you kill the guy ten times over. However...just remember to grab your cell and dial 911 if you have time. If nothing else the call will be recorded.

Funny you mention that. A very good friend of mine is an officer that shot and killed a gang member during a jewelry store robbery. He was less than 7 feet from the guy and fired all 14 rounds from his Glock in less than a second. 8 of them hit the guy. Talk about an adrenalin rush! He was so focused on what was happening he didn't even notice the officer 3 feet to his right fire 12 rounds from his AR.

Did you find a job yet?
Are we going to hang out at SEMA again this year?
You should show up in Columbus, it's a killer time...

Nope still not working and it sucks! Got a few irons in the fire that if they pan out will be awesome. But the way things have been going I'm not holding my breath.

Hell Yes we are going to hang out at SEMA again this year! WTF are you thinking! LOL If there isn't an official LG party, I'm having a BBQ at my house. Of course now that I just said that I'll be in the sand box as part of a new job during SEMA.

If I had a place to stay and a ride to and from....I'd be at Columbus. Same with the power tour. I've got all the time in the world for events, just no money. LOL

See you soon!
