New subscriber as well.

I'm really interested in finding out how the Chassisworks front sub frame install went aside from just the weight loss measures. I understand you're doing a build to show the aspects of all the components and their weight advantages, but are you also going to show more of the install shots throughout the build as well. A friend of mine has expressed interest in building one of the early Camaro's and we're curious to see how well the parts you chose actually install.

Rodger keep up the build and keep us all informed.

Well I guess I can count on you to be interested in checking out Musclecar Power magazine for the build series. I cannot give away everything.

Default Chassiworks Camaro Rendering Complete

I talked with Carter Hickman a few times about some ideas on this project and he was excited to work with me on some different body mods and looks that we were going for on the car.

Here is a brief run down on the list of mods. We will be running Lexan windows like a prostock drag car. Flush mounted and bolt in with tiny flush allens. We will also be working with Anvil Auto on getting every Carbon fiber piece possible. Flat Hood, cowl panel no vents, hood vents, trunk lid and spoiler. I'm have heard rumors of a front valance and possibly doors. Marquez Design will be handling all the trick billet parts. Ring Brothers is setting us up with a set of some trick hood hinges and some hood pins.

The Wheels are a one off design the Eric turner whipped up in a bout 7 minutes flat. We will be working with EVOD wheels to do our own design.

The BFG R1 Slicks started arriving today and they are almost as tall as me piled up. THAT'S TALL. The slicks measure 285/30/18 and 335/30/18.
The BFG KDW 2's should start arriving soon. Those will me 295/35/18 and 335/30/18.

I like the look, those tires sure look like fun! Won't have to worry about shifting the drivers weight around with those babies.

Is that the final color? It's going to look a lot like Velocity, AirRide's 67 Camaro.

I'm not sure I see the velocity camaro connection, except they are both orange, and they are both camaros. But the shade is totally different. But Ok at least it does not look like the Dukes of Hazard Charger.

If you look close you will see an orange AUDI buried in the back ground of this picture. Look close it can be hard to find. I like this shade of orange alot. The girl is not to bad either.

Tyler From Anvil Auto thinks it looks like this monster.
