LOL....I have the accumulator mounted but I'm waiting on some back ordered 10 an hose from Jegs. Oil cooler is next on the list. I just haven't decided what route I'm taking.

Just do a small cooler in front of the radiator, you can always do a trans cooler as well. I'm not sure about your motor, but I've been told my numerous people the 502 has one of the best oiling path of any motor out there due to its marine use. Even in high g cornering/braking, I rarely see the oil pressure drop.

The temp is what concerns me. Out of sight out of mind

I'm not one of those lucky guys when it comes to hoping for the best. I'd grenade my **** the first time out. I plan on running it regularly so I'll make sure it's set up properly first. I've heard the small air oil coolers are extremely innefficient. I'm still considering a dual pass radiator with the cooler built in....

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say its overkill, but then again, so is most of your car, in a good way

I'm going to be adding a oil temp sensor before the next outing... Will see

If you are only looking at 3 inputs, then stick with guages and find a different type of data logging device. There are several out there that are very reasonable.
