Well right now I have a TCI streetfighter Turbo350 that was laying around so I'm going to use that for now. Ultimate goal would be to put a 5 speed in it.

That's one nice Nova! Nice job with the repairs and engine bay clean up too. Dig in and go for it. You have a great foundation to work with there and like 67rstbkt said, if you cut it down into smaller projects or sections it is really not too bad. Go look at what I have to start with and you will feel MUCH better about yours. I am having a hell of a time with motivation this week and no idea why. But looking around here and asking questions seems to help get me back in gear.
Good luck and please keep the pictures and updates coming. I just subscribed to this build.

Thumbs up

Very cool man.
But seriously, all you need to do for "inspiration" is to browse these threads of lateral-g.net and that will get your blood pumping.
Keep us posted.

Ok so after I stripped the rest of the car down to the bare metal with my poor overworked DA. I sprayed a coat of etching primer on the car and this is how it sits. I still have to go back and fix a few spots before I spray it again and begin to block it.
