well the poly in a sleave isnt gonna flex at all...it might knock the vibration down a lil... but i wouldnt count on it. i personally think its a better way to go than metal on metal.

it might be a pita for r&r'ing...but you could forget the 2 piece set up and do somethin super clean like travis' 64 travis' engine mount
