Default Very nice work

I bet there is no machine time in that. LOL

Are you using the Billet Super lights narrow calipers that take the 1.1 rotor?

I am almost afraid to ask how much to duplicate the hat....but I will?

We used as many off the shelf items from Wilwood... The calipers are Billet SL & the rotor is 1.10 thk..

With all the components I used ... You can go up to a W4A caliper & 14.25 rotor.. The final set up on my car will be .810 thk with 12.88 diameter... 1.12 or 1.25 on the bore size... Don't want all the rotational weight..

The hat is an off shelf item that has no bolt circle machined to it.. We took care of that & machined the flange to weld on the axle tube.. Cost on the hat ?? @ this time..

This whole set up is sitting on 1 degree of negitive camber!!

Default Thanks for the STELLAR idea!

Plan on putting a floater in mine soon. I have that hat and parking brake assembly with the 1.1 Rotor.

May do what you did or go parking brake delete.

Default Stretch Completed!

I never thought we would get to work on my car with everything I got going on in the shop.. but we found some time to finish all the work the fab work on the rear of the car... We completed the qtr stretch & am very happy with the out come.. mini tubs are complete.. I was not going to do anything with the rear bumper but could not help myself.. We ended up re-doing the whole tail panel to fit the bumper.. We kept the bumper in stock configuration & just re-worked all the sheet metal...

Next steps are the firewall & rear suspension..

Cris!

Can I tell ya sumthin?

It's a sickness buddy.... none of us can ever stop... we just have to surrender to the car god that makes us carry on.

Nice work - as usual! Now you know what your customers feel like when they finally see something "done" and in primer...
