Look at all of Greg's fans! Only outnumbered by his friends who love to break balls!

He won't let you buy lunch so I figured the least I could do was give him a public thank you.

Ya, Greg kept the car on the QT for me but the main reason I wasn't talking about it was because I started out the process pissed off at the valvespring but like I said before, it all worked out for the best.

Having the car running and driving again gave me the chance to take it to a little Cars & Coffee thing here in Tacoma at Griot's Garage which is an amazing place and the special guest Saturday Morning was Peter Brock who had his own personal Daytona Prototype Replica with an LS7 and his own Datsun 510 with an efi injected small block Chevy in it and told his biography to the crowd from starting at GM Design under Harley Earl to working for Carroll Shelby and designing the Daytona Coupe to having the rug pulled out from under him by Shelby snaking him out of a deal with Toyota Racing which is what lead him to start BRE with Datsun. It was great and he was an amazing speaker with an incredible story about his career arc and the best part was driving the Buick across town in the sunshine to be there. It was cold as hell but it was sunny!

In a world that's so negative, with all the bitching and complaining, it's nice to know that people can still be kind and say good things.

Greg is definitely one of the good guys.

I don't remember ever really setting a price on the EFI unit... do you?? Too bad huh.... 'cause I'm liking it more and more as it sits here - it's kinda growing on me... you know what I mean "big man"?
