can you get that thing through smog here in California or is that an off-road mod? Great looking and sounding car.

The car has highflow cats so it might pass the sniffer but no way on the visual. Long tube headers and aftermarket cats is a no no in Cali for sure. But it is a new car and you get 5 years of no smog!
The car is actually going to Dubai very soon to his home there anyways so he has no worries.
It sure is fun for a 4 door Caddy. And easy to get races in!

I'm pretty sure you can buy a 700hp CTS-V right from the Caddy dealer there with warranty. They offer a package that isn't allowed in the states.

found the link, click on mechanical. Looks as though they detuned it a bit from the last time I looked, it used to be over 700hp.
