The kid that posted that is literally a kid, not even 18 years old yet.

I deleted his post as it's obvious that he only joined to smear. We don't play that game here.

Would anyone care to give a mild summary of what "the kid" said? I missed it and just don't understand how anyone could hate on the craftsmanship and finished quality of this sexy, sexy car.

Now about my post, I did not mean to offend anyone, I just thought y'all wanted to see those pictures because no one else has them, I guess what I said wasn't well thought out. But, think about it, if Phil Gerber didn't wreck the car then what would be the point in spending all that time and money on a different design? But anyways, like you guys said i'm just a stupid 17 year old kid so i'm just gonna get out of y'alls way...

I didn't see your original post... so can't comment... but I will say that we were all young once. What you should remember is that this is a COMMUNITY not just plain white space floating in somewhere cyberville... The other end of your post is read by PEOPLE. People have feelings. If you have to apologize about what you've written... then it probably shouldn't have been written. This community - and some of us have become very good friends and never met - and some have gone out of their way to meet - is about POSITIVE reinforcement and helpful comments and sharing of valuable information. It's NOT a flame place. If you read comments directed at one or the other - if you hang here long enough - you'll see that these people are friends - some quite close to each other although separated by many states. This forum is our collective garage. We come here to hang out - banter - share - help - harass - learn - and just generally to be together. It's a great place to hang out. You can watch tv with one eye and peck away on the keyboard should you read something you feel you'd like to be a part of. Come hang out... say something when you have something to add... you'll like this place and we'll like you. So start over.... WELCOME!

So at $150k that had to be a loss.....

I would have valued that car at least $75k higher.

Agreed and I own a green '70.

Are there any plans to produce the hood or front air dam?

I was thinking the same thing this weekend. I watched it on TV on and off, but never saw the car.
