Nice looking project!!!

I'm wanting to cut 3/4" out if the a-pillars on my 67 nova. How much work is involved and what do you run into that was unexpected?

More than you would think !! Door latch is on outside of glass, this will have to be changed,, to move to inside of door because glass will run length of door, fuzzies will not work and no way of mounting then unless you make inner top of door removable so you can screw them in,,I'm using fuzzie's thar are wider because ,with the stainless trim gone the gap is wider, The door latch was the fun part, had a shaft with bushing made to go behind the glass channel. there is enough clearance to work with stock latch, you are going to need a long channel for the front of door ,so glass will be stable, you could use your old vent window channel,, If I can help ?? send phone # , Roger J
