Default How much more weight for a full frame?

I bought a car that already was on its way to a Chassis works frame replacement. And the replacement frame, G-link, and an LS engine will keep the car at the same weight, or even less. I thought about a replacement full frame like one of these before I bought the car I have now.

What is the weight effects of a replacement frame like this one? Looks like it would add weight, not a bunch, like maybe 200 lb.

Just asking...

The weight gain is quite comparable to the average modifications performed on these vehicles i.e. removing the leaf springs, replacing the rear framerails, subframe connectors and subframe.
When you factor in removal and addition of these components, our chassis is fairly close weight wise, but with the added integrity of a single, continuous unit instead of 3 components tied together.
