The next problem is i cant seem to find info on the knurles in the hub of my 8.5 GM 10 bolt. I need to space out the rears about 3/4" so i need longer studs and i will mod the stock shackles to offset them slightly to bring the rear of the springs inboard as much as i can. I will relocate my shocks and then see how much flex i encounter in corners.
The OE wheel studs on the 1968-1974 Novas are the same front and rear, Dorman #610-186, 7/16-20 RH x 1.50" long with .472" diameter knurl and .344" shoulder length.

Since you have M12x1.5 studs up front, the ARP #100-7708 M12x1.5 x 2.50" long press-in studs might be a decent option for you in the rear. It will require that you resize your wheel stud holes in the axle to .500", but would be worth the effort IMO.

Why didnt i see this a couple days ago? lol! I figured. I wound up getting Milodon wheel studs 1" longer with a .480 knurl and 3/4" wheel spacers. I had to remove the original stud (you were correct on your info) and found what you just described. Of course no one in town had longer studs like i needed so summit racing came to the rescue lol! I am awaiting the parts in the mail and will post pics of the fitment.
