For flooring check into Mannington's Assurance. It is a commercial vinyl designed for traction in damp areas. I've had it in 16' Wells Cargo trailer for 6+ years and it has held up well.

For the living area consider using J&J or Milliken carpet tile, loop pile, darker color will easily sweep vs. vacuum.

+1 on white or silver roof.

Greg if you have any questions about what to add and what you need give me a call. I have had several huge trailers as you know with my biggest one being a 52' trailer with living quarters.

Do not do the rubber circle floors as you will hate them on your knees when strapping cars down. Make sure you have a backup camera on the back of the trailer up high in the center it will help you back up anywhere with no issues. You would not believe what I can get my truck in and out of with its size just because of the cameras. I have two.

Right now I am running almost 75’ and weigh in at over 68,000 pounds fully loaded and it rides like a dream and registered as a RV so no scales. I have had over 12 trailers and several trucks to pull them and the Toter is by far the best set up I have ever driven. If you have any questions about options let me know as I have been down this road for what you need and what you want several times.

I'm new here but have been racing and pulling 5th wheel trailers since 88. I tow a all aluminum gold rush this is my second one. if you can afford it look at them you won't be sorry best out there period.



I used to to it with a 91 chevy extended cab but now use a dodge mega cab.

Dude! Appreciate the the info! Good pics too! The trailer I've been "working on" is built by Aluminum Trailer Corp (ATC) so is all aluminum. Saves about 1500 lbs over the same trailer built with a steel frame.

With a name like "Gold Rush" it has to be expensive! Not sure I can afford a trailer like that bad boy! Maybe I can get one of those no money down leases! They're made for people like me. No credit. No problem!

If its all aluminum then just leave the floor raw, it will clean up easier if you spill something.

yes Goldrush trailers are on the higher end side BUT, they hold their value, quality is unmatched, any option you can think of.

The only thing that scares me is the torsion axles, Dexter says do not use them on triples yet i see people still use them and i do not know why or why not.

(My trailer is leaf sprung with shocks)

I've finally settled on a combo and a dealer....

Sport Trucks USA - Chandler AriDzona

I'm ordering a 24' IKON Toter home (they don't really offer these but will build it) on a Freightliner Cascadia chassis - with a 525 HP Cummins - and 13 speed ultra shift... Basically this is the 24' Renegade floor plan - but with the IKON exterior and interiors -- and I'm adding a push out for the bedroom in back for a bit more room. This will drink 8 - feed 4 - and sleep 2

Per Charley's request it will have an exterior bbq and electric cooler - observation deck and railings on the trailer - and multiple awnings... Sorry Charley - no exterior TV.

40' Stacker Gooseneck with their new hydraulic beavertail gate and internal lift. Bard A/C and Heat...

All of it on air ride - including the front axle...and equipped with OnSpot chains and cold air package, spread axles, air brakes, full size rims and tires... (this is new for them and makes a better trailer).
Should be ready in time to make the Buttonwillow dates.
