Got 2 boxes today.

Was looking hard for a CV products pump in the low pressure range (most of the Nascar take-offs are high pressure - 8, 9 or 10psi+ and require a regulator). But hard to find and a near $400 price tag shied me away.

Found an "open box" ebay special Holley Billet 170 pump for $165 (new $275). And I only accepted its billet nature because it won't be very visible.



My other ebay purchase... the Wilson ported 2 piece Edelbrock 2922 top and GM base for 18* heads. RPM range 5000-8500.







Crank is supposed to be here tmrw.

Looks like your build is going to have some really nice parts in it. Way to scratch and dig for the deals. Also, shame on you to try and keep this on topic

I thoroughly enjoy that hunt for the elusive killer value deal. It is an exercise that is both rewarding and borne out of necessity.

Headed to Watson today to drop stuff off. Some block machine work is done supposedly so I'll take a peak. Also have some questions for Mike on .... stuff.
