Hey Vet!

Thanks!!

By the way, I like the intake oil filler... I did that to my Performer RPM back in the mid nineties for the same reason.

Thumbs up Happuy Memorial Day!

Guess what trees are good for? YEP ... perfect for hanging parts off and spraying some epoxy primer, and that is what I did today
Now I know that the parts are protected from rust and can keep plugging away at the rest of the body, did get some work done on the interior and the speaker tray.

Took advantage of the trees!

Cowl panel mo'better

Lower valence and the rear valence looking good!

Hope all had a good holiday, later
Michael

Looks good! What did you do to the rear package tray? Also, was your car a vinyl top car?

Thanks ... thought the wind would never die down.

I removed the glue and paint from the tray and the surrounding areas (discing anything with gold) and started on the inside panels up to the roof, surface rust of course
No vinyl top car here just a plain coupe!

I see you have a replacement rear window filler panel you primed. It's been with my experience most vinyl top cars would typically rot in the seam of that panel. My car is originally a vinyl top car and it had some pretty bad rot there which forced me to replace that panel. As with all reproduction panels, it needed tweaking to fit right up against my NOS quarters.

My computer won't read my memory card for some reason, so I haven't been able to make any updates on my car. I've been making progress though.

The filler panel rusted from water sitting in the lip under the weatherstripping was glued. I know now to use the self leveling sealer in this area to prevent water from getting between.
Hey, did you ever get the parts from that warehouse deal? I saw you got one mini tub in, how's the other one coming along? I haven't ordered mine yet.
