I think Eric tried with his Blue Hour Camaro and it didn't fit. Nice motor GLWS but you might need to separate the intake depending on who buys it.

eric did try it but he did not cut the bracing out he said he thought it would fit with cutting it. i would like to keep the intake for my next motor so if anyone wants it without some of the parts let me know

I'm not sure that cutting the bracing out would work honestly. I posted a pic in my thread, i'm too lazy to find it. But it shows just how much that will need to be cut out, and I'm guessing it still won't fit.

But, That said... I didn't actually try it, so I can't be for certain, eye balling it made it look like it wouldn't fit.

Just throwing that out there.

Not that I have the money to but this engine, but changing the intake is an option. I mean, you may lose a few horses, but unless you are racing the hell out of it...does it really matter.

The holley intake makes good power, but even they admit that it's at the top end and it's certainly designed for the racing market.

Mast dyno'd both the stock and holley intakes. The stock made 20-ish more ftlbs of torque with a flatter curve but less HP at peak RPM's.

i honestly want to keep the intake and throttle body lol but i will sell it if someone wants it with the motor
