Scott I am glad you mentioned about the clutch master rod. I have the willwood hydraulic clutch master cylinder with a long clutch master rod due to which the clutch master cylinder is mounted on a homemade bracket, and this bracket is mounted to the firewall. I will try to post a photo of it sometime this weekend.
Really appreciate If you get the part number for the short master rod.
