As a McLeod employee I appreciate the honest feedback. I can tell you that we sell a lot of bearings. To say that we have never had a release bearing with an issue would be a lie. We do work very hard to make the very best product possible and have updated the design and style of almost all of our bearings. Our first bearings were released in 1988. Since then we have sold thousands. It has also been our goal to continually improve our bearings as we do with any product we produce. When we become aware of an issue...we work very hard as a team to fix it. Rest assured that we continually work to make our product the very best on the market. Our latest generation bearing has seen tremendous reviews and almost 0 returns which is amazing for any hydraulic line. Sales of the new bearing have been awesome. We have a ton of them out in the field and as said before almost 0 returns. Again, your honest feedback is appreciated and listened to.
