I used copper-nickel and lightly buffed it with 000 steel wool. 25' Coil lengths and very easy to work with.
You can also buy stainless tubing from Summit in coil lengths. You'll probably want/need a tubing straightener with the stainless.

You can buy stainless tube and fittings from Eastwood also...
