Thanks That helps a bunch

I am also thinking that since this guy does not do this for a living and does it at his house, he should be a little cheaper then you pros!

Accelerating is optional...........stopping is mandatory. Your car WILL stop one way or another.

I have seen lots of guys that work from their home shops charge as much as going to (name any shop) not saying their right or wrong if you get quality and what you wanted it shouldn't make any difference where their shop is (home or industrial park)! But generally you will pay less at a guys home shop just from the fact that they do not have the same over head as a business address.

And just for the record I do work from my home shop now (property taxes are way cheaper)! But I have been looking at a couple of shops lately to do more like I used to. It's a pain to have to bring the car to my friends shop to paint it and it's only two blocks from my house

I would say they are trying to make you guys PAY up for the mess up???

I hope you didn't take that wrong..I have seen very nice work come from peoples home shops ( I wish I could work from home) This guy does this as a part time hobbie, not to mention the so called 25k paint job on this car isn't all that great... And yes I do think he is making us pay for the mistake or at least get back some of the $ for the bill for the work we did LOL Once again thank you very much for your time.
