Mike not sure what they use but have you tried Sikkens OTO body coat?? Works with a shoots gun, very nice texture and can be built up if need be. Also it is paintable.

That A/C vent/controller combo is awsome, really nice idea.

They are from Vibrant. I don't have a part number but it is their standard, bottle style resonator. We use them on a lot of cars to take the bark out of the exhaust note. They are 4" OD (2", 2.5", and 3" ID Available) and come in 12" and 18" lengths

Mike if you want to try some I get you in touch with our rep in your area? Also LKQ/Keystone is a national distributor of our Sikkens and Lesonal brands. Not sure if the LKQ/keystone location in your area has our paint or not but you could call the to see??

I just got caught up on the build. I don't know what is prettier, the engine, or the headers
Lucky customer, It will be very interesting to hear this old girl, run again with the Kassified engine bay.
