I hate to sound dumb, but I am learning more and more about engines day by day. Is it called a 400? And do the cubic inches change now? I would just like to know.

A 350 + .030 with a 3.75" stroker crank will be a 383. If it was standard bore (4") with the same crank it would be a 377.
