I am almost sure you could a DSE (24.5)rack(The DSE unit use's 9/16 mounting bolt's on 15.5"center's).Might have to use some .750 O.D X .058 wall tube to make a new thur mounting sleeve. The DSE unit are revalved for GM pump PSI.
just scanned the old "Art Rasmussen" catalog and when i bought my front clip he didn't offer a power rack although he did have some pwr steering hose kits but never listed a power rack....Manual rack only PN FR1502 (Flaming River)
He also offered a "Narrowed Mustang II Rack" PN ARDF 200036 (i'm guessing that's an Art PN only...)
not sure what Wayne did.....
I like the hanging clip idea....i've been moving my from side to side for years....looking for some chain now...thx Greg!
Nothing a good old fashioned chain hoist can't handle -- get 'er up there and then just chain it up good - it ain't comin' down! Remove the chain hoist and use it elsewhere!
That SOB was up there for like 4 years... Then I sold both '69 drop top cars -- and moved on.
When I sold the clip -- I welded up a stand for it so she'd ride vertical off the bumper mount holes -- in the pick up truck.... strapped 'er in good and off to California she went.
