Yeah, the rod between the booster and master is not adjustable, just wanted to be sure it was there. My first statement was in regards to the rod from the pedal to booster, that is how to adjust it.

Right stuff rear discs? Is that the setup using the mid 80s seville caliper? Sometimes they work, but most times they don't. I have never had any luck with them at all.

I have heard of too thin a pad being shipped with those kits and that causing problems.

Is your ebrake hooked up and adjusted properly?

If you pinch off the rear hose(s) do you have a pedal then?
