It sounds like people are giving us bad information, I suspect because they don't want to deal with it. We have tried multiple times through different vendors to ship paint to customers for repair work and no dice. We have even offered a premium to make it happen yet no luck. So for us it has been a true pain. Although, I can say that if dealing with who's at fault in a damage claim with paint is as bad as a normal damaged package claim. NO THANKS!
