I have ALWAYS felt that Astro Vans are really practical when it comes to hauling kids around...

Hey Astroracer,

I've been following on your buil a bit, getting there too! I like those models.

A local guy here (Montreal) has one on the ground with big wheels, it looks VERY good.

I've had a few offers for the kids...But you kind of get used to them you know.

Especially my older one, she always wants to follow me when i go to the garage.

Sweet,

Lead.

Nice But don't go too wide on the wheel, it will just make the sidwall bulge out, and in the tragic event you hit something, the wheel takes a beating rather than the tire.

IMO 12-12.5 is about perfect, 13.5 is WAY too much.

I'll post some pic of my old 20's to give you an idea.

R/T,

Specifications for tire
size: 345/25 20

UTQG: 220 AA A
Max Load: 1764 lbs.
Max Inflation Pressure: 51 psi
Tread Depth: 10/32"
Rim Width Range: 11-13.5"
Meas. Rim Width: 11.5"
Section Width: 13.6"
Tread Width: NA"
Overall Height: 26.8"
Revolutions per Mile: 776

I took the advice of the company that builds the tires... + its the look i'm after more that anything (yeah, performance counts but these days even my projected procharged LS1 at 650 HP is considered tame...so)

My choice is really set on 13" wide. It just pulls the tire inside a bit for that "exotic" look.

LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THOSE PICS

Thanks for the input.

Lead.
