The pro touring thread was helpful but not really many details on gen 1 mods. I may join to ask the guy who headlined the thread some questions. I think I will use the front bracket from flynbye and and try to get the rear brackets from the thread that was fabricated. The e brake still seems to be an issue but hopefully someone figures it out soon. I think the ls style 98-02 brakes will work well tho.

I'd sell those brembos on Craigslist and buy some C5/C6 front calipers from Kore 3 that will fit perfectly on your stock spindals. I ran a C5 pbr caliper on my car for years. It was more than enough brake for such a light car.

How much will c5 brake parts cost me? What all do I need to buy? I want the brembos and flynbye says they can work now. this is a tough decision.

I will be removing the factory red powder coated C5/6 rear calipers w/ abutments and Kore3 brackets for 10 / 12 bolt Chevy and drilled & slotted rotors (with 6k miles) off my 12 bolt soon

will post for sale if a buddy doesn't get them?? ( he is broke though!!)
